To the Celts, the Tree of Life symbol meant wisdom, strength and a long life. Just as a tree will shed its leaves in the fall, hibernate in the winter, the tree will be “reborn” with new leaves in the spring. The Tree of Life unites the upper and lower worlds. 

Learn to craft these "Tree of Life Pendants" in an afternoon of relaxing and creative fun, and take your completed projects with you at the end of class. You will have plenty of time to finish this pendant as I teach you step-by-step how to put together these beautiful spiritual symbols of rebirth for yourselves to treasure or to give as a gift. 

For reference, these pendants are about the size of a QUARTER.

Select your materials from various gemstones or colorful Megatama Japanese glass beads. Kits will be available for purchase in class: $2/each for Hardware (1 frame, 6 pcs craft wire, and 1 jump ring), $3/Bag of Megatama glass beads in 1 color (enough to make 1 pendant), $5-10/Bag of gemstone chip beads (enough for 1 pendant, depending on the gemstone). You may bring your own small beads or gemstone chip beads to use if you'd like. 

Necklace/cording is NOT included. 

Cost of class includes borrowing/sharing of tools I have for you to use. If you have jewelry making pliers and cutters, please bring them with you.
